I originally spoke with a gentleman that had i hope that my account was overdrawn, and that's the reason they blocked the card. When Char step in to help! She made a couple of calls and within a few minutes my card was working. Thank you for taking care of me and going the extra mile. Please ask for Char if you want the red carpet Treatment!
