  I wanna share my experience, wonderful experience, with this Bank. I’ve been with them for several years and have always had the best customer service. I’m sorry that it took me so long to write a review. Most recently I moved to Arizona. I had some issues with my Landlord and I contacted Kristina at the junction Road location. She was so incredibly helpful. She constructed a letter for my landlord and sent me a copy in the mail with a personal note. She went over an above for me and I really appreciated it. She is amazing. The Bank is amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience. They’ve always been wonderful Thank you Kristina

  We recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this commercial bank, prompting us to seek alternatives. Despite reaching out to the commercial manager, John Hintze, for assistance with an issue related to poor customer service, we were met with unprofessional and offensive behavior. Our owner, a female, was inappropriately accused of stalking by Mr. Hintze, which was both shocking and demeaning. This conversation failed to resolve our concerns and left us deeply disrespected. Further attempts to escalate the matter to the corporate office went unanswered, highlighting a severe lack of customer focus. It's disheartening to see such a decline in service standards, and we strongly advise others to consider different banking institutions for their commercial needs.

  I don't often review things, because I don't usually feel the need to add my opinion to the many other opinions online. That being said, I want to speak to the amazing customer service I have experienced in my last 4 years banking at WB&T. I have only ever had positive experiences with the employees. They have been incredibly kind and treat me like a friend. They know me by name, take time to talk to me about my life, and remember the things I tell them. I always feel like I'm walking in to see a friend when I go to this bank. Not only that, but once when I was overseas hiking in the backcountry of Scotland with very minimal phone service, I found out my credit card had been compromised. I called this branch and Kristina S. personally saw to making sure my issues were resolved and the money returned to my account, emailing me through the entire process. With the huge time change, being overseas, minimal phone service, and only one day in a town with wifi to figure it out - this was a LIFESAVER. Any other bank would have given me a 1-800 number, and I would've had to been up at 3am the morning, panicked and on hold trying to straighten things out. Probably having to retell my story to every person I was transferred calls to. (You know how that goes. It sucks.) Instead, I told her my issue and she went to work immediately to help me, and the problem was resolved within the hour. The people who work at WB&T on Mineral Point are wonderful, kind, caring individuals, and I cannot speak more highly of them.

  After having such an awful experience at the Fitchburg location, I just wanted to say I love the main ppl at this location! I should of gave this place 5 stars years ago. Very kind, understanding, and above all helpful!! Thank you so much guys! Shout out to Tina Thalman for always going above and beyond! Amazing work <3
