Many banks don’t know how to handle trusts, estates, or POAs well, but Town Bank has done it with ease and always has the customer’s best interests at heart. I really appreciate their great customer service and attention to detail. Taylor at the Madison branch was especially wonderful and set up our accounts quickly and accurately. She made sure everything from the interest rate to the tax IDs were done perfectly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great local bank!

- JAJennifer AppelAug 8, 20221.0Bank hours on here say they are open Saturdays. I called ahead to try and make an appointment and was told I didn’t need one. Drove 2.5 hours to take care of my dads accounts and they were closed. Stayed until Monday to get there right at open, google says 8:30 and door says 9AM, got there and they had a paper sign hidden in the entrance that says 10 AM. I’ve wasted so much time with this bank. Don’t waste yours.

I wish I had other options in the area. I would suggest using the app instead if you can.
