Documents were signed and still the proper updates were never completed by ONB. This is absolutely atrocious considering we were trying to preempt some heartache and probate. Death occurred & paying the funeral home became lengthy & cumbersome. Tried several times to reach manager & customer care to find out what happened and why this was not completed. No explanation or apology was ever given.
