They do an excellent job building relationships with the people who come to Old Nat, and it is wonderful to see. The customer service was on point. If you absolutely have to use Old National, use this branch. The people will not disappoint. That said, I am closing my account with Old Nat because of issues with the remote IT mobile banking service and the limited hours of operation.

She cross checked my identity and made sure I had everything needed and documented correctly. I am from out of town but will definately be visiting this location for my banking needs while I'm here.
