Silvia and her colleagues at the Sherman branch were so helpful in navigating the paper trails left behind. Silvia was professional, courteous and sympathetic while helping my brother and I through this painful time. Customer service is not dead...at least at this Old National branch office.

They tried to play it off like it was something positive, but all it means is that I now have to keep a high minimum balance or pay a fee. I've been a customer since the 1980's so I found this treatment deplorable. I have two checking accounts there and now I have to constantly monitor the balances and then transfer money from savings. The frontline staff is the saving grace. It's also a GREAT location.
