After this last visit and the experience I encountered I will be in search of another bank and closing this account IMMEDIATELY! I have never felt so insulted when withdrawing “MY” money. East Towne location customer service is trash, Amanda assisted with this.
- CMChad MascheApr 20, 20171.0I deposited 2 checks there. Since they don't have any pens at their ATM I didn't endorse the checks. It's never been a problem at any other bank. They rejected the deposit and mailed my checks back to me. It's been 5 business days and I still don't have them. This resulted in numerous overdraft fees.I haven't eaten in 4 days because I have no money in my account. I believe they did this to get the overdraft fees. I'm going to stop banking here and go to Summit.
