    Nathan from Edward Jones and his office manager Katie have been great to work with. Nathan is friendly and approachable, listens well, and is pleasant and patient about providing information and explanations. He stays in contact with us, reaches out to schedule meetings, and does not rush us when we meet with him. He is not stiff, formal, condescending or impatient like we have experienced with other financial advisors. He seems to love what he does and doesn't treat his small investors any different than his large investors. Everyone is given his full attention, treated respectfully and made to feel important. We have another financial advisor from a large, well known management company and the account they manage is on par with how well our Edward Jones accounts have done. The major difference is how we are treated. Night and day.

    Nathan has been our personal trusted financial advisor for years and has faithfully guided us and our extended family in a way that makes the experience hassle and worry free. My mom’s estate planning is a complex job and he is navigating it beautifully. His expertise and kindness continues to amaze us at every turn. Katie is superbly helpful and always responds to our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend them for all your financial needs!

    Dealt with Nathan years ago. He was very professional then being new. Now you cannot meet face to face until you have a 15 minute phone conversation to see if you have the same goals and are compatible!! (Ie., to see if their going to profit from you!) Very unpleasant experience with his office manager Katie. Will not be going there or recommending this office.
