I plan to report this branch and the staff member, who was both disrespectful and stereotypical. There was no privacy, making it the most disappointing service I've ever encountered.

I make frequent visits there and this young man always has a genuine smile on his face, and is so incredibly kind. With so much going on in the world, it is nice to see that there are still some good hearted people out there who truly enjoy helping others!
