She wouldn’t cash my check and gave me a nasty attitude about it, saying it would take 3 days of pending cause I didn’t have the funds but I’ve been cashing checks there for a long time without money in my account, I keep all my money in my chase account I just go to TruStone to cash it so I can get it right away... never had a problem. I’ll never go there again. And I’m removing my accounts with them and going else where. She’s so miserable.

They refuse to service the loans, they refuse to answer there phones or return numerous voicemails from customer and or messages from call center in minnnesota including managers!! STAY AWAY!!!
