I approached the tellers to make the request and was told, "That will need a personal banker. Have a seat in the chairs and one will be with you." During the next 10 minutes, I sat in the middle of the lobby while the bank manager held a meeting in her office, a male employee in a blue shirt walked back and forth a few times, and both tellers were strategically positioned behind their partitions with cellphone mode engaged. The personal banker never came back to her desk, the tellers seemed more interested in their phones than in notifying a banker or informing me there would be a longer than 10 minute wait, and I left. This branch served me no purpose today in solving my banking needs. Edit: The bank manager did call me and discuss the matter. I am told it won't happen again and I believe it.
