- SSSteveMay 5, 20242.0Please read the entire review to understand that I would like to give the people at SBOTL a rating higher than 5 because they as a team deserve it, my rating is based on their new procedure that requires all depositors present their driver license in order to make a deposit. This presents an issue when having an employee who's name isn't on any of my accounts come in to make a deposit. By requiring this allows for problems that could lead to company funds being deposited in the wrong account. I am not in favor of this practice and I'm starting to have concerns of after 8 years whether or not I should continue to keep my accounts with SBOTL.
