I called to get the payoff amount and no one ever answered. I was unable to leave a message had to call Madison Branch i asked for either ashley or amy and they said no they didn't work there . I asked if the could give me my pay off they said no id have to contact Carol at the jnvl branch that they would email her I'm trying to get ahold of her. I was at the dealership waiting and waiting to get pay off. Dealership tried to contact her no answer. Lost out on this particular vehicle . Went to another dealership again could not reach carol unable to leave voice mail. Again called Madison they email her again she contacts me saying or wasn't her fault she had a new phone and didn't know voice mail. Got pay off amount reluctantly ( u should keep this loan with me and then buy a different car to umm no) . Dealership tried to contact her as to where to send pay off .she told them she couldn't give them the address unless they emailed her .thru emailed her and a week later they get a response . They mail the check a month passes I do not get anything in mail stating loan in paid off I call dealership and they said check was signed for over a week ago however not cashed . I then called heights in Madison said email her tell her to contact me since I know she won't answer her phone . She does and says I just received check and I had to pay some of your loan because your ( 10 day payoff) was not enough when I closed your loan . I said this is not my problem from day you gave me my 10 day payoff to when finally decided to reply to email and cash the check u received in plenty of time a month had passed release the lien and send me the loan closed paper work . Absolutely horrible Customer service .the place was amazing when I originally took out the loan with Ashley and Amy .this carol is a absolute joke and does not deserve to run a branch .she will screw u over not contact u lie and then gaslight you saying it is your fault . Do not and I repeat do not use this place Lendmark financial helped me out and is amazing..
