Given the run around because i don't have an account there (due to policies and bogus fees like these) then they finally agree to cash it (so it obviously wasn't a lack of funds) but want to deduct a $10 check cashing fee!! I called back to speak to the branch manager and the person who helped me answered the call and didn't want to transfer me. Wanted my name, What my call was concerning before placing me on hold and then coming back several minutes later.And informing me that the branch manager was too busy to take my call right now. I had this happen there years ago.Where they refused to cash a check, drawn on my then Employer's account because I no longer had an active account with them, even though there was plenty of funds in that account as well. Typical Wells Fargo treatment

Hudson has an only a few tellers at the counter and like one drive through lady.. and a. Banker lady and some boss lady.. with it being a wealthy area.. not many people wanna work as? A teller unfortunately.. $17,$18/hr.. and the not answering phone should be addressed by management or corporate.. adjust your pay scale or unfortunately down the road you might loss customers☹️
