I’ve never had a bad experience or had someone there tell me they couldn’t help me get done whatever I needed. They’re still pretty Madison-centered, even though they’ve opened more than a dozen new branches in the Milwaukee suburbs. I wish they would join Educators Credit Union in serving _all_ kinds of people in the Milwaukee area, not only those in the suburbs or on campus. I love my credit union! I can’t fathom why people still do business at banks (I’ve worked in the field, too) where they try to sell you things you don’t need and take away services if it doesn’t serve their bottom line. It seems like UWCU continues to offer a great array of services, and their online banking has always been one of the best experiences I’ve had.
