  If I could give 0 stars I would. Sent a payment through with a closed account. Sat in the automated system for 5 minutes. Got transferred 3 times all to the wrong department then the last lady sent me back to the automated system. This is why every single person I have talked to and my own experience wants to or have transferred away from this bank. 10/10 once my wife’s ring is paid off I will never go near this bank with a 20 foot pool. Do not use them… there’s a reason there’s more 1 stars than 5 star reviews.

  The supervisor (blonde lady) refused to deposit a check into my business account. She said everything looked right but she was not comfortable accepting the check and sent me away. I was giving Wells Fargo another chance after moving most of my business to another bank a couple of years ago because of bad customer service. Congratulations I’m done!! UPDATE… Got a secure message saying they can refuse a deposit (including cash) for any reason. Just a heads up for any small business looking for a bank, go somewhere else.

  Enormous time wasted by communicating through pneumatic tubes instead of simply having an open branch. Since Wells Fargo was acquired by Charles Scharf it has been a bank on the decline. They should offer lower interest rates since we are getting an inferior product as customers
