What this tells me is Wells Fargo feels it should make money for doing NOTHING. Charge you to hold your cash and hold it hostage. Awesome. This is Friday. At 1PM. They have one cashier for lobby AND drive through combined. This is robbery.

He made calls to reverse automated payments putting money back into my account to help my current financial situation. He related to me on a personal level to feel better about my current issues as well as gave me tips for a better financial future. He is following up with me via phone to check in on how things are going with me. Great demeanor, very professional. In a world that’s so difficult to find this service, he is what you want.
