I would not recommend Wells Fargo to anyone, however, if you choose to bank with them I would recommend Allison at this location. She went step by step with me through the process, didn't care how long it would take, very kind and understanding. Thank you Allison for everything. I appreciate you.

He made calls to reverse automated payments putting money back into my account to help my current financial situation. He related to me on a personal level to feel better about my current issues as well as gave me tips for a better financial future. He is following up with me via phone to check in on how things are going with me. Great demeanor, very professional. In a world that’s so difficult to find this service, he is what you want.
