Despite reaching out to the commercial manager, John Hintze, for assistance with an issue related to poor customer service, we were met with unprofessional and offensive behavior. Our owner, a female, was inappropriately accused of stalking by Mr. Hintze, which was both shocking and demeaning. This conversation failed to resolve our concerns and left us deeply disrespected. Further attempts to escalate the matter to the corporate office went unanswered, highlighting a severe lack of customer focus. It's disheartening to see such a decline in service standards, and we strongly advise others to consider different banking institutions for their commercial needs.
