  This bank can’t even perform the most basic aspects of being a bank. You know, the whole “You put your money in, you get your money out” thing. It took more than an hour to close out my mom’s account because they had no record of her opening it (she opened it back when they were Guaranty Bank and were presumably competent). So, to be clear, they were using my mom’s money for loans and whatnot DESPITE NOT EVEN KNOWING WHERE IT CAME FROM. No wonder this place has the same kind of Google rating as a restaurant right before it gets shut down by the health department.

  I don't understand how a business closes up the majority of their branches and then reduce the hours and no longeropen on Saturdays when people that work during the week can access their money.... When this was Gauranty bank, they accompanied their customers by having the drive-through open at least an hour after the inside closed and had business hours on Saturdays and more branches.

  It's not a good bank and very bad customer service 😕.I have closed my business account and a joint account with them.

  I have not had issues with this bank or branch. I did have someone hack my account but they fixed it right away. We found out that it was someone that worked for the place we made an online purchase. They have always been friendly with me. Well I was happy until I went on Friday with a 401K check that my boyfriend signed over to me to deposit in my account and I was told they don't take 3rd party checks. I was very disappointed finding this out it was the first time in my life (52 years old) I was told by a bank that they don't take them.

  First Citizens as an on-line bank is decent. The web site is easy to use and I can transfer money between accounts. This location, however, continually disappoints. Maybe a year ago, they stopped using deposit slips, which I don't understand. I come to the counter with my account number and a piece of paper which itemizes what I am depositing (typically cash). This morning, the lobby is inexplicably closed, which is not unusual. The drive through is open, but I'm concerned about sending cash in the tube. I don't get to see the teller count it. All other First Citizens locations are very inconvenient. I have concerns that First Citizens might close this location. There's at least one location that Google Maps shows as "permanently closed". Like I said, the on-line banking is super solid, but I'm increasingly disappointed with lobby hours mysteriously disappearing.
