- BDbrandon dehartJun 2, 20202.0I have tried opening a business account for about 3-4 weeks and still have not been able to make an account.. very disappointed. I know covid-19 is going on. But the first gentleman I talked to through the drive-thru was borderline rude and blunt and very unhelpful. I called the branch and could not get through to anybody through the regular number then when I physically went to the store they had three numbers on the door to call and schedule an appointment.. I couldn't get a hold of anybody.so ihI to use the drive through ..again.. and the appointment times are in the mid day. I did manage to schedule an appointment which is very inconvenient for me I work full-time during the day and then work my business during the evening. this leaves virtually no time to stop out.I have been with guaranty Bank / first citizens Bank for 5 years... I think it's time to start looking explore different banks..
