It is supposed to take a few days to withdraw money from my account, as well as us paying extra for the check to be overnighted. It has taken us two weeks to even have the check sent out. I cannot express the pure laziness of this company in its entirety, knowing that this was a time sensitive situation. I called and left several messages and never received a phone call back even acknowledging that I am, in fact, a customer of theirs. Pulling my investments from them. Never recommending to anyone.
