- JGJ GDec 3, 20212.0Nice lady, but is so focused on growing her business that she doesn't have time to pay attention to existing customers. When I asked how her commissions work, she gave generic answers like, "I'll get you a better return that will easily offset the commissions". Never did explain the commission fees & cost. When I asked about the status of my account and her apparent busy schedule, she STILL didn't answer my questions, but simply said she would transfer me to another Edward Jones Agent. If you are looking for a place to drop your money and watch from the sidelines, this might work for you. But I want a little interaction - some initiative from my agent to call me when my investment return is negative for a month. It's my money, and I am paying you for your knowledge and advise. If Stacy is too busy to offer those things, you need to find another broker.
