  I hope I never have to deal with Wells Fargo again. I had an appointing for 10:00AM and arrived on time. They open at 9:30, and there were no other customers. The banker was finally willing to see me at 10:25. I am pretty sure they were having coffee and visiting while I waited. I needed to handle a fairly large estate account. They explained how it would all work, but then they couldn’t do what they said. Said I had to either withdrawal all my money, or leave it all untouched. They got what they wanted, as I withdrew all my funds and closed all my accounts. BTW, this is a Wells Fargo issue as well as this branch. I had estate account issues in Georgia a few months back after my step mother passed away. It took over 3 hours to open an estate account with my grieving Dad for his wife. After the ethical issues they had, you would think they would be working harder to regain confidence.

  Their definition of being a "fully staffed" location differs from most businesses. You should be able to drive 30 minutes to a bank that you have multiple open accounts with and expect them to have the ability to make a modification/addtion to a checking account. Should this option be available online... we would gladly handle it via e-commerce, my preferred method of banking. BUT it is not, therefore we will have to make it a point the next time we are in another city that has a fully operational bank to handle this quite simple task. Don't expect this limited service location to change. That's all they've got. If you bank WF in this area of the state, lower your expectations and 100% you won't be disappointed.

  They simply don't care! I had issues with my account. A company helped themselves to more money then they were supposed to get. The branch couldn't help me. Their phone bank told me they could. They transferred me to the claims department. They couldn't help me. I've wasted hours with them.

  Went in to the bank to do the deposit and get change for my business. The middle aged dark hair woman at the counter is possibly the rudest person I have ever meet. She needs to remember who the customer is and we are not an inconvenience on her day. In fact we pay her salary. Then I asked if it would be possible if they could give me a couple bank bags to make deposits easier and a counterfeit pen, you would think I not only asked for her first born but her kidneys also. After pretending to look around for them she said they did not have any and she would have to talk to her boss. Asked the next day if we could get them and she said no. Apparently this bank is very customer unfriendly.
