- GFGena FischerApr 25, 20161.0Awful bsnk! They do nothing to help their members out. When you complain they don't care. I was selling a vehicle and had a deposit put into my acct via cashiers check. They put a hold on a cashier's check! When i went in to have it removed i was told it was up to the branch mgr. He then called luke from the edgar branch and was told that hee didn't feel comfortable releasing the hold because the person making the deposit didn't know anything about me! Um she had my name and acct number, that's all you need! When i told Jonathan from eau Claire that wells Fargo was only rated1 star he said he could see that and when i said i wasnt sure how they stayed in business he replied ," yeah im not sure eother honestly.". Wow. Im closing my acct tomorrow!
