- JJJoseph JohnsonSep 7, 20211.0Though not this building specifically but wells Fargo in general is absolutely ridiculous. I have a car loan through them. My situation is that if I mess up my login 1 time I am immediately locked out of my account. I've spent hours on the phone being transferred and given numbers to call or temporary passwords to put in. I've been asked to provide card numbers that don't work because my card isn't linked to my account do to not having a way to get to my account number and no one on the phone can tell me info about my account even if I give them all my info to prove it is me. I honestly can say working with Wells Fargo has been extremely stressful and I am going to be paying off my loan in full simply to avoid working with them anymore.
