I called several times for assistance and follow up- to be blown off repeatedly. When I finally asked for the bank manager Jake- he was useless, did not listen and interrupted while I explained a simple problem and several solutions. When I asked him for his supervisors name he refused to give it to me and when I asked for the corporate number he told me to look it up. Another greedy banker who doesn’t want to be held accountable. Such a shame after there was such a simple solution.
