- KSK SJan 19, 20241.0After years of having SVA do our returns, training with SVA to do our books the SVA way, even redoing our books to accommodate different SVA employees working on our account, we still found multiple errors year after year. When these concerns were brought to their attention (multiple times, on multiple returns), not only did the errors go uncorrected but they even charged us for the time to review said errors! Not to mention all the money we missed out on due to their negligence! Poor service, inaccurate, lack of accountability and expensive.

The third year they totally screwed up my tax return several times. Eric and I had a half hour meeting to discuss how we wanted to file my investment properties. He must of forgot all the details of this meeting because when I came in to sign my return everything for our conversation had not been applied. They had to redo the tax return while I waited in the office. Then they even filed my multi family property as a single-family home which triggered a audit from the state of Wisconsin. These guys aren’t paying attention.
