My only complaint is that there is no direct messaging to the bank from their app. I am used to be able to type my questions but I have to spend time making a call.

Ill-prepared merger and they are not up with the times on the technology side. I'm concerned about measures to ensure fraud protection, etc. given the foregoing issues. Not confident and will be changing banks.
