  I went into their location to talk to a banker and the tellers that I talked to were the rudest people. I explained my situation calmly and nicely and said that I wanted to talk to a banker. I've never experienced customer service this pitiful and I work at a financial institution myself. The snippy attitude and disrespectful faces that she threw at me simply for asking to talk to a banker was extremely unprofessional. If I could give zero Stars, I would. The banker at this location was okay. He was helpful. He did ease my concerns on my questions. However, if I receive this disrespectful service again, I am absolutely closing my accounts with them because this is just unexcusable.

  Never have I experienced incompetence, and absence of professionalism in a bank as I did at this bank. Closed my account, moving on and not looking back. There are too many good banks out there, go somewhere else. Ed is the problem, not the customer.

  I wish I could make it Zero but I can never get into my checking account online. Even though ive been on the phone to unlock it millions of times. I then tell them I cant remember or recover the password and I need it reset. They tell me I need to wait 30 days before I try to log in . I waited 60 or more just to be safe. I followed the prompts to recover my password, I get to the part to log my name in, I get my name in, IT TELLS ME TO CALL THE BANK PHONE NUMBER AND I BEGIN THIS VICIOUS CYCLE AGAIN. SURPRISE I also live NOWHERE NEAR a branch but because it was bought up from my old bank that went out of business, im FORCED TO keep the account open until I can APPEAR TO THE BEAREST LOCATION TO PULL MY MONEY. YOU PIECES OF TRASH ARE ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. YOUR BANK SUCKS!!!! DO BETTER

  ATM was broken 4 months ago - Due to minimal locations, I had to drive 30 minutes just to figure this out. Yesterday, I went to this same location to pull money out of the ATM.. Sorry, ATM is broken..... Again? Still? Arent you a bank??????? Not to mention, when I was FINALLY able to pull the money out last time, apparently it was too much and they locked down my bank account due to potential fraud..... The headache in just restoring my account was enough to make me want to switch banks.. Start moving your money out of banks people, crypto and a new currency is coming, the banks arent ready for it!

  Horrible! It took 2 hours to open up an account there. Than without any notice, they closed it because the did not submit the information correct. They did say I could go back in and open a new one, but I don't have another 2 hours to waste. I will be closing my other 5 accounts and opening them at a new bank.
