The day we came in there was a longer line and ( unfortunately I don't remember the name of the lady that helped us out) an employee asked everyone in the line how they were doing and what they needed help with. Turns out I didn't need to wait in line and she helped us with what we needed.

- BWBENJ WINNMay 20, 20191.0Had an overdraft on my account and deposited a check. They placed a 7 BUSINESS DAY hold on my money because of overdraft. They don't notify you until after deposit. So basically they HOLD YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE because I couldn't remedy my account right away. Got in touch with customer service and they can't do anything because this branch manager won't call them back like answer. Not to mention the snooty attitude of whomever I talked to at the branch on the phone. Im sure not all the people here are awful people but i would avoid this bank/branch.
