- BBBeth BAug 11, 20221.0Very very bad experience. I explained I had never invested before and needed direction. Initial advisor seemed very caring and understanding to the type of investing I wanted. ASSURED ME NUMEROUS TIMES, in writing, that I was at "low risk" as I asked for up front. My account initially grew rapidly and then began dropping rapidly. I contacted him and he again assured me that I was at low risk, "but he could make an adjustment to drop the risk even more." My account lost thousands more. I tried to contact him and found out he had moved out of state without a word! I Called the home office to complain and was told that, "I was now at Medium risk." I was at higher risk all along! He lost me over $8,000! The home office credited me for about $500 in fees but that didn't even dent my loss. Don't trust them. They aren't any better than a bad car salesman who is your best friend when you have cash in hand and then doesn't know you the minute you drive away!
