Got told none could be resolved and had the representative basically laugh at me to tell me that I was screwed. Will be finding a new bank immediately and advising everyone I know to avoid peak completely.

I've called several times and can't find anyone to help because everything is "automated", so theres nothing they can do. They suggest I call everytime it gets frozen. Which ends up being a 20min phone call several times a week. They need to figure something out and actually solve these issues and stop with the "It's all automated and there's nothing I can do".
