  I miss Twinstar. This bank is not what I experienced with Twinstar for 8 years. It's been two months since the switch and I am already seeking out a new bank. They took my overdraft privileges away for no reason. Tried to blame it on an excuse from 18 months ago. I laughed and made her find a real excuse and she couldn't. She just ended up telling me I have no idea why they took it away.

  When I was with twin star credit union I had zero issues and absolutely loved the bank. However now that the merger is complete and it’s peak credit union I’ve had nothing but issues since I had to DL the new banking app. First issue is I could not do any online transfers from my checking to credit card. Second issue is getting new banking app cards to me activated. Next issue is I fell delinquent on my credit card 30 days, talked with customer service because I had a car that was totaled, this bank decided that they’re going to deny me being able to use money in my checking account, and have the ability to withdraw that money. I literally had to call the police to have them give me my money from the account and to make a transfer ti my credit card account. Last issue was telling them to turn off all of my debit and credit cards which this morning I looked and saw that didn’t happen. This bank is trash. RIP twin star credit union, we miss you

  I don't know. Things are changing or something. I got stranded because of a strange glitch, is what they called it, and couldn't use my card for gas while I was over 50 miles away from home. Couldn't get resolved same day since they are 1 of a very few that don't offer a 24 hour help line. Also am getting calls from them about a loan I do not have. When I tell them who I am, they are very apologetic and polite, but they seem to have gotten highly unorganized anymore. Planning on leaving in the very near future. Not sure what is going on. They were great once.

  We went into TwinStarCU to get an auto loan. It was a very easy process with the professional and very knowledgeable staff. We ended up refinancing our other car, moving all of our banking, and consolidated all of our debt with them. They have great rates and made our experience very personable and gave us all the information we could ask for and gave us more options then we thought were possible. We were taken care of in an extremely timely fashion and had no issues with communication. We worked with Beth Basch and will recommend her to anyone we know with any kind of banking and financial needs.
