- FAfloydeen apodacaNov 21, 20251.0I miss Twinstar. This bank is not what I experienced with Twinstar for 8 years. It's been two months since the switch and I am already seeking out a new bank. They took my overdraft privileges away for no reason. Tried to blame it on an excuse from 18 months ago. I laughed and made her find a real excuse and she couldn't. She just ended up telling me I have no idea why they took it away.
- SESean EvansOct 12, 20251.0When I was with twin star credit union I had zero issues and absolutely loved the bank. However now that the merger is complete and it’s peak credit union I’ve had nothing but issues since I had to DL the new banking app. First issue is I could not do any online transfers from my checking to credit card. Second issue is getting new banking app cards to me activated. Next issue is I fell delinquent on my credit card 30 days, talked with customer service because I had a car that was totaled, this bank decided that they’re going to deny me being able to use money in my checking account, and have the ability to withdraw that money. I literally had to call the police to have them give me my money from the account and to make a transfer ti my credit card account. Last issue was telling them to turn off all of my debit and credit cards which this morning I looked and saw that didn’t happen. This bank is trash. RIP twin star credit union, we miss you
