- DMDiana MartinezDec 7, 20251.0Went in to send some money with my sister. We have been here before and the rest of the tellers are kind. Teller Bianca (started 2024) was incredibly rude. We did not do anything to provoke her but I’m going to assume she just had a bad interaction with the customer she was with before us. She would toss her ID and papers my sister needed to sign in a rude manner compared to how you usually hand the items. She did not once greet us and when asking for clarification (due to the glass that is hard to hear through) she yelled. At the end of the interaction once my sister signed her name, my sister looked confused because she was not sure if that was all to end the interaction and looked at her to which Bianca says “is that all?” In a condescending tone. We left obviously but I genuinely cannot understand why she was rude when we were probably the third customers of the day and did not speak rude to her. Her coworker Yari glanced over as well and we could tell she noticed the interaction. We’re around the same age so I’m not sure what’s up but she needs to learn how to work in customer service as someone who has worked in it for years. This is my first negative review I’ve ever had to write.

They caught someone attempting to fraudulently cash a check that I had mailed to a contractor, that obviously didn't make it into the right hands. Their quick thinking and responsiveness saved me a large amount of headache, and I can't thank them enough.
