- EMErik MickelsonAug 1, 20241.0Worked with Jorrell for a number of years with mostly good interactions and then all of a sudden she stopped returning phone calls, was never in the office and just ghosted us as well as the rest of my team. Then our accounts were transferred over to some person at their central office and I am doing the best I can to get a live body on the phone. I am not sure if this is a Jorrell problem or Edward Jones but can no longer recommend. :( To make matters worse, while this happed my kids and their 529 were fee'd to death.
