  This bank is ok. It's the one I have always used. However, their hours of operation are 9 to 5. Those hours are regular work hours for a lot of people. I would even say most people. They are also closed Saturday. So, if you work a 40 hour work with the hours 9 to 5, this bank will not be open when you actually are able to go. Also, their answering machine will not allow for you to leave a message.

  Most dissatisfied with Umpqua branch in Woodland WA. I was in the drive through when after giving my check a (gal new) ask for my license, I explained I fell & hurt my shoulder & it was hard putting it in & out several times in the container. I ask if she could get someone in bank who knew me. She went & got the assistant who said to me in a very curt manner " do you know my name?" I said no but you know me as I bring deposits all the time to you. He said you don't know my name so you don't know me, so give us your license. I was irritated by his demeanor as he spoke to me. I went into bank & to the only teller which was another man who I gave my check to of which I had never seen before, he looked embarrassed as the assistant walked up to me very closely to my face & proceeded to say "you want my business card to report me." I asked him to back off & that I didn't need his name or business card to report him. He was in my face & laughing. He had an audience as I looked around one employee was laughing. I ask for Erin but she was on vacation. I left the bank & immediately called another branch to place a complaint. She said best way is to leave a "less than desirable review" However, I did put in a complaint to another branch who said she would share & have someone get back to me. No one got back to me In approximately a week, so i took the initiative and called Erin (manager)who knew about what happened & my complaint. I explained again how my shoulder was hurt ect but came in since they couldn't help me in the drive up. I explained I have only banked here 45 years & that I wanted to resolve & expected an apology from the assistant. I also talked about being a business owner of 40 years & that if my nurses or employees had a conflict they would be apologizing as the customers are most important. But apparently Umpqua doesn't share my belief. So before I gave this review I waited to get this resolved. Although I got some calls from Umpqua employees who heard about what happened no one could make it right. My staff will avoid this branch at all cost. I plan to look for another bank. I just find it difficult to work with people who are suppose to serve you, just as I serve all the nursing students who come through my school each day!

  The staff here are super nice I've never had to wait in a line to be helped.
