  This bank is ok. It's the one I have always used. However, their hours of operation are 9 to 5. Those hours are regular work hours for a lot of people. I would even say most people. They are also closed Saturday. So, if you work a 40 hour work with the hours 9 to 5, this bank will not be open when you actually are able to go. Also, their answering machine will not allow for you to leave a message.

  Not bad service but was in a crunch to get some money out and drove out of Portland to Woodland. To find out that they are advertising the wrong hours

  Account was overdrawn, that's my fault. However they closed my business account without taking the time to reach out via email or phone to find out what was going on. This was two months ago. In the meantime they've been charging me $5 a day in overdraft fees! I called and spoke with the Assistant Manager and there was no remorse on their end. If I'm like everyone else I get a ton of junk letters from this bank so I don't open any of it. What do they say? "Hey we sent you a letter." I actually heard him laughing at me on the other end of the line. Wow. You're telling me that in 2 months the employees of this bank are so busy that they can't pick up the phone to call me or email me? They say I have to come down and go through the new account process and they will consider it. They won't open my old account which means I have to setup quick books all over again, online banking over again etc. I absolutely will not be a customer of Columbia Bank because they've made it abundantly clear they don't want me and all they wanted was overdraft fees. Stay with your local credit union these banks are only interested in profit. Kevin Newell

  Not a member, but used the ATM and even asked a teller to make change for me, which she did promptly!
