    This is ridiculous! I can't believe the lack of customer service here. I waited in line for a whopping 30 minutes, only to be met with a teller at the drive-through who seemed completely disinterested in helping me. And to make matters worse, there was only one teller actually working! It's about time Key Bank considers closing this branch and turning it into a Starbucks. The entire staff is incredibly slow, and the manager acts like they're hand-picked to walk around the branch like some sort of elementary school principal. Unbelievable!

    Was a customer for years, had to move banks after the Juanita branch closed years ago. Just went in to try and make change for a 50. Said they wouldn't do it since I'm no longer an active customer. Went to USbank to see if that was standard policy, it's not. They're just not helpful. Can't imagine what problems I'd run into if i was still there. Glad I needed to leave all those years ago.

    I have been waiting for my card since February and it still hasn't arrived mind you they sent me a letter in the mail saying they need to verify my address still not letting me know that they did not sent out my card until I went to the bank. I have money in my bank account that I need to get out but I cant since I dont have my card. I never had a problem with Chase makes me miss having an account with Chase.
