    Was a customer for years, had to move banks after the Juanita branch closed years ago. Just went in to try and make change for a 50. Said they wouldn't do it since I'm no longer an active customer. Went to USbank to see if that was standard policy, it's not. They're just not helpful. Can't imagine what problems I'd run into if i was still there. Glad I needed to leave all those years ago.

    If I could rate 0 stars I would Not very happy with this bank. My account was compromised by scammers trying to do mobile deposit into my account with a falsified check, my account was blocked for over 14 days and even after filing a fraud claim, now the investigation is over and they have decided to close my account and are now telling me that they will no longer be able to do business with me. This is totally unacceptable by all means and is very unprofessional customer service on their part. How and why am I being held responsible and have my account held hostage because of someone else's fraudulent attempts even though I noticed and started the fraud claim right away. I would suggest that you NOT do banking business with Key bank!!! I will be sure to let my family and friends who also use key bank to STOP banking with them... 2 family and 2 friends have already closed down their accounts with many more to close due to the unprofessional customer service!!!
