- ERE RSep 4, 20251.0Sooooo disappointing!! I stood in line for 28 minutes. No one offered a hello. No one said, " sorry but we can not run your cards because the system is down". Not even a sign was visible to inform customers the system was down. So, I stood for 28 minutes to do my banking. When the cashiers says "Thank you for waiting so long, how can I help you. ' I need to do my banking. "SORRY I CAN'T HELP YOU. THE SYSTEM IS DOWN. ' What!! Really?!!!
