  If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible service since 2020. My mom and dad have been banking with Colombia since it was Whitman Bank many years ago. A few years ago I got a clover cc machine for my business and long story short my account number was given to SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and didnt tell me until I was on vacation and stranded because they froze my account. Never did get my few thousand back after months and months of arguing. I changed banks temporarily until they became Umpqua. I changed back and since then I've experienced so much small bs. All the girls in there refuse to help no matter the issue. They definitely need a course on banking, customer service, they sit there and do nothing. Today I took my mom to cash a $40 check like we've done for many years, now they wont take it since its made out to her name? We use a business account and shes the owner and never had any problem until these past few weeks. Don't even get me started on the random non helpful fraud stuff or getting a new card fiasco. All in all this bank and the people suck.

  Absolute nightmare to deal with. Their processes are slow and complicated. We set up a bank account for a non-profit and they charge a $30 monthly fee... For a non-profit! Garbage bank!

  Not super happy with the Umpqua Bank buyout of Columbia Bank. No one I recognize is at the new bank after my many years with the former bank. Even through its changes, the personnel stayed the same. Oh well. I'm pretty sure Umpqua Bank will do fine going forward, right?

  Worst bank I have ever been associated with. They stole $65.75 from my account. They offered to help but never did so they get away with it. I went back on my account over 9 months and still was missing the sum. I have to move to another bank. But I want to give them a zero. Now the last two months they have taken out $5 maintenance fees. Fees for what maintenance? I quit using the account!!!!
