- SSSheyJan 3, 20265.0Ive always had awful experiences when going into WF but I was so pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service at this location. Luka was my banker and she was so helpful getting what I needed taken care of and was so friendly while helping me. She asked questions and made sure I had everything I needed. I encourage anyone looking to open a bank account try this location and not the awful one in Battleground. I will definitely be making the extra drive to keep coming to this location to see Luka.

If you are a business customer and don’t stand in the merchant line for all your business transactions, expect to scolded. I just stood in line for over twenty minutes behind NO ONE and watched other people get helped before me. Including a customer making a business deposit in the non merchant line. This branch is a joke.
