If you are a business customer and don’t stand in the merchant line for all your business transactions, expect to scolded. I just stood in line for over twenty minutes behind NO ONE and watched other people get helped before me. Including a customer making a business deposit in the non merchant line. This branch is a joke.

I went in to make a deposit into her account, but they refused to do it. I told them that it was time sensitive and the teller laughed in my face. Her name is Anna, in case you go in and get her. She then got her manager to tell me the same thing and continued to smirk at me in front of her manager. They then had the nerve to ask if I banked with them.. not even relevant. REALLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
