    I went to exchange change for cash. I have always been able to turn in all my change at one time. However, this time I was only able to turn in $20. So now I have to go to a second bank to turn in the rest of my change. So annoying!😠

    Came in this noon and needed help with a check lady in the back with blonde hair and navy blue sweater today had a attitude I wasn't being rude just needed help and was a unwelcoming experience so I suggest maybe going to another location don't need to be dealing with a attitude when I didn't do anything wrong or don't even know the person! People so rude now

    Extremely dissapointed with the manager of this bank location in the Safeway store. She was rude, not smiling, she looked mad. Absolutely unprofessional. This type of person should not have a job in customer service field.

    I've been banking here for the last couple years for my small business and have found their associates and managers extremely helpful, and courteous. Having grown up supporting service industries, I have a high standard for customer service, which they always meet and exceed. I know all banks have their various downsides, but at least at this branch, the representatives seem to genuinely care about their customers and are happy to go out of their way to support them. It's honestly just nice to receive great service. Especially since the bar is pretty low these days.
