- MFMegan FaberOct 27, 20251.0Debit card transactions pull right away. Thats good. But then they reimburse and go back into my account, then pull again 8 days later. That's very, very bad. That unexpected pull drains my checking. Just one after another on the same day from purchases made over a week ago. So then to try to prevent going into the red, I try transferring money from savings into checking. Never been an issue. Now, it says authorized by hasn't moved. Is this intentional? So I will go into the negatives and owe NSF fees? Let's not forget the rental car ordeal... dude smashes into me, takes off.. I get a rental. Pay $867. Deducts right away. A week later it bounces back. 30 freaking days later, I have like 100 in checking and 400 in savings, $867 comes out. Cleansing my account and leaving me red. I dont trust you guys. Debit the money as I spend it and let me move it around when I need to.
- JLjohn lemmerOct 25, 20255.0My wife recently purchased a car through peak her 2nd and I have also purchased 2 cars through them, this branch has 2 of the most amazing managers , Mike Peery assistant manager and Jen Berg the branch manager are absolutely amazing to work with from questions before purchase to walking thru the process if ones unavailable the other steps in, a truly great team and hand and glove relationship. They have earned my business forever. If you have a banking need this is the team you want. I can't say enough good things about them.

And was given a lecture + a warning if I don't have an account with them they will not Honor USA Currency ..With that I will pass on opening an account there. Poor, Rude,Disrespectful
