Terrible experience honestly. Went in to open an account and there were hidden fees that they weren’t upfront with me about. When it was much more than I was originally told, I had to verify it with my spouse. We agreed it wasn’t the best time for an account. The gentleman who was working me was very demeaning. His tone was everything short of scoffing at me. I simply told him I apologize we couldn’t do it at this time and he wasn’t willing to let it go. I told him to give me my money back that he was going to use to open the account. It appeared he didn’t want to. We will not be banking here and we will make sure to tell others to find another institution for their money. It’s apparent they care more about money than customer service.

Everyone here is always happy to help with a smile. I always go out of my way to visit this branch. That being said they are a very busy branch with a lot of members. Come with a little patience for the lines, and they will go above and beyond to help you. Keep up the good work team Memebers.

Never go here. On hold for over 4 hours. Got a loan and 5 days they still have not sent the cashiers check. Once I finally got someone 5hours later they hung up on me!!! Have multiple loans will be taking them to a better place.
