Do they not have any locations with a drive through atm? I’m so tired of going into Safeway or paying fees

Unacceptable that on a Saturday they have only one person working that can do new accounts or make changes on accounts etc. and someone new that has to call the branch manager every time there is a question. Waited and waited and waited just to find out I needed more information to close and then reopen a business account.

The have the best rates for car loans, the location is not that great, as the other reviewers were saying, it's not too easy to interact with the tellers if you're also waiting in line, while other shoppes are bumping into you.Their customer service is not great, that I know from experience. They seem to have an this attitude and they're service is pretty slow too.

They are located inside the Safeway which is a big minus because it's located right at the front of the store. It's often crowded & it never really feels private when you're banking as there's always shoppers walking by, the movie rental machine is on one side of the bank & the cust. service desk is on the other. Whenever you have to wait for a teller, you're pretty much standing in the flow of traffic. Other than all that, the tellers are all really nice and friendly & they're open until 6. The big thing that pointed me in their direction is simply that they don't have any bank fees. Other than the location I'm on board with On Point!
