Do they not have any locations with a drive through atm? I’m so tired of going into Safeway or paying fees

I went in to make an auto loan payment. When I was there my partner remembered that I needed to get a new debit card. I thought it was going to be a long, drawn out process. The awesome teller told us he could make me a new card and it only took a few minutes! He was so helpful and kind. I don’t remember his name, but he was very cheerful, wore glasses, and we complimented him on his awesome watch. We love OnPoint!

I just spent 30 minutes on the phone while these people tried to figure out why my statements (that I had to pay for!) hadn't arrived. Despite the email I left being attached to me account, they sent it to the wrong one! This isn't the only problem I've had with this credit union--from refusing to change my husband's address to not cutting my account off in time after it was defrauded, I've had it! Most incompetent people I've even met!
