OnPoint inside is so great. Tellers and advisors are wonderful. But the website is terrible and needs a lot of work. If you only do online banking beware, you may be in store for a lot of frustrations.

I've had a couple credit union accounts but don't remember the process being this difficult but i could be wrong and this could be the standard for CU's. I moved away so don't have the physical ability to go to a local branch, which is my biggest problem. I am having a terrible time adding, stopping, or changing payments. I can't do it online or over the phone without multiple steps including adding my primary bank. I just want to pay the remaining $18 of my loan and stop the autopay. Cant be done online or over the phone without adding accounts. Called twice and got 2 different answers from customer service so i don't know which to believe. Very confusing and online banking NOT user friendly! I'd love to talk to a manager to get this straightened out.

The staff are always really nice and helpful. As well, they don't have those awful fees that banks have. I love this place.
