TAMMY WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE HQ NEEDS TO REVIEW THESE CALL WHEN IT COMES THROUGH. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TELL SOMEONE THAT THE ONLY VERIFICATION IS A PHONE TEXT, IF NOT COME TO THE BANK. THIS IS THE MOST STUPIDEST THING EVER - AFTER ASKING FOR A FULL SSN NUMBER AND OTHER VERIFICATION QUESTIONS. AFTER EXPLAINING THE SITUATION AND HOW I DON'T GET VERIFICATION TEXT WHEN I CALL THE BRANCHES, SHE KEEP SAYING, "YES THEY DO" (& KEEPS REPEATING IT 4X). ITS LIKE TALKING TO A KID, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ALL KEYBANK RATINGS ARE ALWAYS BELOW 3 BECAUSE OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. THIS IS INSANE!
