  Poor customer service, poor attitude, will not bank with them. Came in to get some information on mortgages. Booked appointment online, came in a few minutes earlier than my time. Was not greeted or acknowledged by teller or office. Couple came in after me was greeted and brought to an office right away. 15 minutes later, a teller came to the front desk and asked what I was there for. I told her that I had an appointment to talk about mortgages. She had me sit and wait. I was asked who I had an appointment with, and I told her, then she responded that person is not available and cannot help with mortgages. I was told my appointment was not valid and I would have to call someone else. I got off early from work, got into the branch early, and was treated poorly. This impression made me not want to work with this company. I am beyond frustrated, and hope no one else makes this mistake.

  Waited there for over 5 minutes no one even Acknowledge that I was there. So rude. I would say this is the first time this has happened. But no Excuse.

  Ordered new debit card from 800 customer service. The employees at this branch ARE AWARE OF PROBLEM WITH POST OFFICE HAVING MY CARD SENT THERE. I went in to check, not there. I waited 14 days, then they tell me it was returned as undeliverable. They did not bother to tell me about this until the 9th time I went into branch. The employees do not give a toot about customer needs. I've had many problems so I will be closing my accounts at keybank.
