I went into the Hazel Dell branch and Stacy, who knows me by name was so patient and helpful with opening a new account so I could eventually close the account with the fraud attempt. I was extremely worried about my SSI being deposited and Stacy assured me it would be safe and I could eventually have my SSI deposit to the new account.. In the past They also caught an attempt to take $700 in an Uber fraud. the bank gave back my funds immediately and investigated. Thank you so much Stacy for being you ☺️

I opened an account with Tony around February 12, and I deposited 15,000 dollars. I couldn't access my money because it had a hold. Okay, I came and gave Jose additional information he needed from me. Nothing changes. My account was still on hold, and my money hostige. Tony Nguyen just said, "It takes time for our back office to approve new businesses." Okay, I waited. I called customer service today, March 27, to find out my business account is closed. Thank you, Tony Nguyen, for not communicating with me. If you needed additional documentation, I was available to happily provide it to you. This brach lacks communication skills. I hope Tony's performance does not represent the company's core values.
