- JHJoseph HefleyAug 27, 20252.0Now that they are switching brands its going downhill. I now dont get my atm fee refunded, but get an extra surcharge that didn't exist 2 weeks ago. Hit and miss on customer service even though the in person tellers are good, but online is trash. I have had proof that money was removed from my account but being told it never was. Umpqua, soon to be Columbia, is a horrible bank. Don't do business with them. Im closing my accounts soon.

Upstairs is a receptionist but don't try to get a sentence out before she interrupts you. Absolutely no reason to do banking with a company that can't bother to greet people coming in the door. If the customer service on any day is like the customer service on the first day, there is no customer service. Initial Takeaway: fail. Give it a pass.
