The most banker Taylor were not only unhelpful but also blatantly racist and intolerant. Her disrespectful attitude towards to the costumer was shocking, and it was clear they had no intention of addressing concerns fairly. It is never been made to feel so unwelcome or belittled. This level of discrimination is unacceptable in any professional setting. So never return to this bank, and I urge others to avoid it at all costs!

Came in to handle a simple transaction and was given false information and when sharing my legal documents with the Branch Manager she rudely interrupted me explaining the documents to demand I listen to *her* speak when I shared the paperwork my lawyer sent. She and her banker were trying to get me to do something that would have hurt next year during taxes, a process that my lawyer and another bank assured me were wrong on Umpqua's part as well as unethical. My initial plan was to keep an account with Umpqua but due to the horrible experience as well as the shady information and behavior of their Branch Manager I will not bank with this bank. I would not recommend.
