As a BB customer of many years, I was greatly disappointed this morning when I contacted this branch to use their notary services to update my will, only to be turned down flat by the manager. This was not the case for my original will; a different branch in a different city helpfully provided both the notary and the witnesses to make the process easy. I can get checking services anywhere; it’s the additional level of service that draws me to choose a bank, and Banner fell far short of expectations this time around.

While I appreciate that my experience is being shared with management, since there has been no response to indicate a change in the bank’s position, I’ve begun to research other options for my checking, savings and HELOC. I’m hopeful this is one small way to encourage a change in policy for others.

Banner Bank overall has been a semi pleasant experience any time i deal with there online services or other branches. This branch is abysmal. Ashley has a horrible attitude belittles you when you dont have the same knowledge as a employee of the company.
I came in to do a earnest payment for my VA home purchase. Deposited a check the day before from my company. Nothing was pending everything showed clear. They processed the earnest. I went back to work and sent out the paperwork to all parties involved. I get a call around an hour later from Ashley say that they cant process the earnest payment till the original paycheck clears from the bank. This is understandable but being told that I should know this when ive never done a wire transfer like this before and having an attitude thrown at me for not knowing is unacceptable. She got more of an attitude when I addressed why this wasn't addressed when I was in the branch. Ive avoided her every time I come into this branch as shes always had an attitude and I dislike being talked down to. This branch has went down hill ever since Brenda left.
