  As a BB customer of many years, I was greatly disappointed this morning when I contacted this branch to use their notary services to update my will, only to be turned down flat by the manager. This was not the case for my original will; a different branch in a different city helpfully provided both the notary and the witnesses to make the process easy. I can get checking services anywhere; it’s the additional level of service that draws me to choose a bank, and Banner fell far short of expectations this time around.

  This is hands down the BEST Banner Bank branch! I’ve been driving 30 minutes each way for years just to come to this location, that’s how exceptional they are. I’m not the easiest client either, I often show up needing 14 different account withdrawals in all small bills, and they still get it done in under 20 minutes! The entire team is always so welcoming, and Holly is truly the BEST! She’s fast, efficient, and always greets you with a smile. I couldn’t ask for better service.

  Don't waste your time with this bank if you are seeking a good portfolio lender in Portland Metro. I went with WaFed instead as they take the time to do the work and look into your situation. Found Ashley Flath totally unprofessional and will tell others to steer clear of this lender.
